Feeling inspired...

This blog post is just to say that these two Burberry models have really cool hair!

I think this is a really great adaptation of the textured look that we've been seeing over the last few season... Great news, because I was getting bored of seeing the same old looks being reproduced over and over. We've been seeing matte texture for a while now... but it's all been fairly similar and if you have a thick, bushly head of hair like me, matte texture with a quiff just ends up like a block of uncontrolled, unstyled mess! So having this very simple, very easy take on a fringe is, for me a massive step in the right direction!

Also, the chap on the right is rocking a really cool greasy look, which means people who's hair doesn't suit a matte style still get to wear a heavily textured look!

Up until seeing these images, I was getting very bored of seeing the same textured looks and I was starting to get excited for the comeback of the 50's-esque style that's everywhere at the moment. The 50's is still an awesome look that I've been wearing a lot (and will continue to wear)... but I now have a new-found faith for texture thanks to Burberry and these images.

I feel a hair vid coming on! I think I'll record one of these looks very soon!
